We make it our business to ensure a timely delivery of your order, we will always aim to dispatch your order as fast as we can pending product availability and credit verification. Please bear in mind that time frames are an estimation and can sometimes take a little longer than expected especially through busy holiday times.

TRACK YOUR ORDER

Once your order is processed, we will send the Tracking ID to the email address provided during registration. Please allow 1-2 business days to receive your Tracking ID via email.

NO CONFIRMATION EMAIL AFTER 24 HOURS

These sometimes go into the spam/junk folders so please check this first and if you still do not have it, do email customer service at [mail] with your name and order number and they will be able to help locate your tracking details.

CAN I CANCEL OR EDIT MY ORDER

We will do our best to cancel you order if it has not already dispatched. Once a parcel has left us it will need to be returned. Please be aware we aim to ship all orders the same day they are placed so the window to cancel your order is very short.

Again we will do our best to change any items in your order but once the order is printed and into fulfilment we cannot change it.

CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS

Once your order is placed we cannot change the delivery address of your order. This is for security and insurance purposes. Our merchants and couriers will only cover parcels shipped to the address at the point of sale. But We will still try you can contact us through email {mail id}
