The following blends are all Young Living Essential Oil Blends. I am using them depending on their purpose and depending on my need either neat on my Vita Flex Points, behind my ears, on my wrists, or I put them into creams. Joy and Peace & Calming are great blends to use in body creams or lotions.
I use this oil whenever I am in a situation where I need to accept something that I cannot change. Usually, these moments are very difficult but by diffusing this oil, I am able to let go of old patterns and accept new concepts, ideas, friends just as they are without the need to change them or their situation etc.
Ingredients: Neroli, Sandalwood, Blue Tansy, Rosewood, Geranium, Frankincense.
❀ Citrus Fresh
I love this oil blend as I love the scent of citrus fruit. It is stimulating and is said to stimulate the right (creative) side of the brain.
Ingredients: Orange, Tangerine, Lemon, Mandarin, Grapefruit, Spearmint.
❀ Into the Future
A friend of mine is using this oil to cope with moving on after a shattered relationship. It helps to look and move literally Into the Future.
Ingredients: Frankincense, Clary Sage, Jasmine, Juniper, White Fir, Orange, Cedarwood, Ylang Ylan, Idaho Tansy, White Lotus.
Another great oil that helps in coping with sadness, grief, depression.
Ingredients: Rose, Bergamot, Mandarin, Ylang Ylang, Lemon, Geranium, Jasmine, Palmarosa, Roman Chamomile, Rosewood.
❀ Pan Away
Whenever I feel my muscles tense up, I massage them with Pan Away and often feel instant relief. The oil leaves a cooling sensation on the skin. It is great for muscle strains, pulled muscles, tension headaches, back pain etc.
Ingredients: Helichrysum, Wintergreen, Cove, Peppermint.
❀ Peace & Calming
I like to diffuse this oil after a hectic day when I need to unwind. This is a good oil to have handy especially in stressful times as we live in now.
Ingredients: Blue Tansy, Patchouili, Tangerine, Orange, Ylang Ylang.
Whenever I feel a cold coming on, I rub R.C. into the bottom of my feet and feel better within about 2 hours. The soles of the feet are the gateways for our organs. The sole of the feet serve as a map of our entire body with the head being around the toes and the intestines around the middle of the soles. Ingredients: Eucalyptus globulus, Eucalyptus radiata, Eucalyptus citriodora, Myrtle, Pine, Spruce, Marjoram, Lavender, Cypress, Peppermint.
